With a focus on creating a culture where entrepreneurial, creative, and critical thinking are valued and supported, our “Spark360” Membership is available to tech students, freelance researchers and developers, and Founders of start-up ventures that are not yet incorporated or who have been incorporated for less than one year.

Members are encouraged and supported to “Spark” and accelerate their projects into potential candidates for the Residency Program within 12 to 18 months.

OUR
Residency Program

The Residency Program will accept applicants with technology products that substantially meet the following criteria:

  • Is the product important. Does it address a Tier 1 problem with a large enough audience?

  • Is it a viable proposition?

  • Founders need to devote, or be close to devoting, full-time efforts to their start-up

  • Founders need to have validated ideas and tested assumptions close to Proof of Concept or Minimum Viable Product (MVP) stage

  • Ideally, the project product(s) should have characteristics that have the potential to become market disruptors within a minimum market size of US$100 million for scalable growth

  • Development time to market within 2 to 3 years.

Resident Companies have access to exclusive Program resources including:

  • Priority access to work areas and meeting rooms

  • Peer Mentorship advisory services including Executive Coaching, Intellectual Property and Regulatory Strategy, Market Research and Development, Product Development, Corporate Structure, Business and Taxation Planning, Financial Engineering and Capital Formation.

  • Facilitating access to a variety of project funding sources including Grants, Angel Investors, and Venture Capital.
