Kyla Conner, LLB

Kyla received a Bachelor of Law from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Calgary. She is an owner and operator of Conner Law www.connerlaw.ca , a business and real estate focused law firm located in Canmore.

Kyla was called to the Alberta Bar in 2013 and has since been practicing predominantly business law. She has experience advising entrepreneurs in all stages of the business life cycle from inception through to succession planning including drafting, reviewing and negotiation agreements including unanimous shareholder agreements, non-disclosure and non-competition agreements. Kyla also has experience in corporate finance including venture capital and share issuance.

A long-time local resident, Kyla is actively involved in the community and has volunteered for a number of local organizations including the Canmore Community Daycare Society, the Town of Canmore Subdivision and Development Appeal Board and BOWDA. She is currently a Board Member of the Canmore and Area Health Foundation.
